WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY ZOOM CLASS?

You will need either your phone or a laptop with a camera. Put the Zoom app on your phone or go to the zoom website on your laptop. Create an account and you're all set. 

Find a nice corner in your home, put the phone or laptop on a surface facing your workout area. Try to position the camera so your whole body is showing.

We recommend the following for your workout area:
- A yoga mat
- A set of light dumbells
- Water to stay hydrated

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ZOOM CLASSES?

You need to have a Zoom account. Download the app on your phone, or go to the Zoom website on your laptop/computer.


Paypal will be the main source for accepting payments. You can use your credit card to pay through the secure Paypal site. We recommend you create a PayPal account if you want to pay through your bank account. 


We will schedule the classes through links on this website, just click the link and pay for the class you want.

We will send you the link for the class, once payment has been authorized through PayPal, Zoom will send you the password for the class. 

Log in right at your scheduled appointment time. Make sure to log in at the exact time so no time is wasted. This is especially important for group drop-in classes.

*** NOTE *** This will vary for one-to-one training, as Richard will be coordinating times with you separately from the website. You will use PayPal to pay as usual before each session.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

Richard incorporates martial arts, CrossFit training and technical fighting skills into his workouts. He is a third degree black belt and professionally trained boxer. Having a professionally trained fitness instructor ensures you are properly working your core/muscles - not only for a safe workout, but an effective workout.
